To use: Gently cut the seal and twist the cap to remove. Slowly press up the contents from the bottom and apply as needed.

Bought this not long ago and I had rashes under my arm and using this really seemed to help and I haven’t got any more rashes. I must have been allergic to something in the others. I would def recommend them
